A failing seawall doesn’t fix itself. Every tide pulls a little more soil from behind it. Dock It Marine builds new seawalls and replaces worn-out ones, working from the water side so your yard stays usable.
We start by looking at what’s there now, why it’s failing and how exposed the shoreline is. On some properties a seawall is the right answer. On others, rip-rap or a living shoreline will do the job better, and we’ll tell you that too.
Our barge brings the materials in by water and hauls debris out, which matters on waterfront lots with tight or no land access.

Should I replace my bulkhead or switch to rip-rap?
It depends on the shoreline, the wave exposure and what your neighbors have. We’ll look at it and explain the options. Sometimes the best fix isn’t a wall at all.
Do you remove the old wall?
Yes. Old material is hauled out by barge as part of the job.
